Modern Hollywood Regency
It’s always exciting when we finish a project, style a shoot & finally have photos to share! This is one of our favorite projects to date – a three bedroom condo in the hip and cool neighborhood of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Our clients wanted their new home to be visually interesting, maximize light & feel organized. We determined their style was Modern Hollywood Regency, loved working with them throughout the design process & couldn’t be happier with the finished look.

Hollywood Regency is all about people enjoying time with family and friends. When you first enter the space, it feels glam yet accessible & fun.

We started with a neutral base so that layers of textures & colors are fun without feeling over-the-top.

Pops of yellow and a gorgeous glossy white credenza - similar to one that was featured in Domino. The glass keeps the space feeling bright & open.

The Master Bedroom is calm but fun. Clean lines, geometric patterns & retro lighting fixtures energize the room.

I've said it before & I'll say it again - every lady should have a vanity or place for their jewelry & lovely little products.

The guest bedroom comfortably accommodates guests. And check out the custom window seat we had made!

We chose a bright & fun aqua color for the office so that it feels inspired. The custom roman shades, baroque rug & velvet drum shade warm up the space.

We are firm believers in custom pieces - sometimes you just can't find the perfect something and we love working with talented crafts people. How fun are these custom roman shades?
Special thanks to my wonderful team of ladies who helped me pull this all together – Cortny Jackson, Charlotte Jardat-Katz, Lauren DeVault, & the ladies at Drapery Boutique. And to our wonderful clients who we loved working with – thank you for trusting us with the design of your new home. We hope you love coming home to it every day and showing it off to your friends.
